We charge our clients based on
services requested by them or rendered by us. A general description of Package charges and services rendered under respective
packages are mentioned below:
Package I: WE charge 1.0% of the negotiated tender
amount or 1.0% of the Gross expenses incurred on project.
Services rendered:
1. Project feasibility,
including cost estimate.
2. Processing prequalification of construction agencies.
3. Identification of activities
to be executed in a project.
4. Developing detailed construction plans and project schedules
5. Administration of
contracts.
6. Scrutinize the contract document.
7. Scrutinize the work programs.
8. Scrutinize the safety measures
for prevention of accidents.
9. Staff from our side will not be stationed permanently
at
construction site.
Package
II: WE charge 1.75% of the negotiated tendered amount or 1.75% of Gross expense incurred on project.
Services
rendered:
1. Project feasibility, including cost estimate.
2. Estimating and budgeting costs.
3. Processing prequalification of construction agencies.
4. Tendering and awarding contract to the recommended
bidder.
5. Developing detailed construction plans and project schedules.
6. Developing performance -
measuring standards.
7. Administration of contracts.
8. Identification of activities to be executed
in a project.
9. Formulation of standard specifications for accomplishing quality of
individual tasks.
10.
Scrutinize the work programs.
11. Scrutinize the contract document.
12. Scrutinize the contractor's mobilization plan,
plan of work,
construction procedures and quality
control measures.
13. Scrutinize the safety measures
for prevention of accidents.
14. Hold review meetings to monitor the progress, resolve problems
and plan future works.
15. Scrutinize payment of R.A. bills of contractors to ensure
correctness.
16. Report immediately to the project head all cases amounting to
breach of contract.
17. Project Engineer will be stationed at site.
Package
III: WE charge 2.75% of the negotiated tender amount or 2.75% of Gross expenditure incurred on project.

1. Project feasibility, including cost estimate.
2. Scrutiny and coordination of Design
and drawing work.
3. Estimating and budgeting costs.
4. Processing prequalification of construction agencies.
5. Tendering and awarding contract to the recommended bidder.
6. Designing project organizational chart
for executing works.
7. Developing standard operating systems and procedures.
8. Developing detailed construction
plans and project schedules.
9. Developing performance - measuring standards.
10. Controlling of Project time,
cost and quality.
11. Administration of contracts.
12. Supervision of works.
13. Identification of activities
to be executed in a project.
14. Formulation of standard specifications for accomplishing quality of individual tasks.
15. Identification of speed with which the project is to be executed since completion time depends over this factor.
16.
Identification of complexity arising due to variety of tasks to be executed.
17. Scrutinize the work programs.

Scrutinize the contract document.
19. Scrutinize the contractor's mobilization plan, plan of work, construction procedures
and quality control measures.
20. Scrutinize the fieldwork regularly to ensure proper layouts, work conformity as per

record of operating instructions and as built drawings is maintained.
26. Team of enginners based on quantam
of work will be stationed at
construction
site including project head.
